I did get a urninal infection during my 2 weeks in Parga, and I fear it was because of to much bacterias in the sea. Lichnos beach Parga: The beach of Lichnos is placed 4 km to the south of Parga. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in Epirus, where the deep blue water gets combined to the green of the olive trees, all in the same environment. Lichnos beach is sandy and has some large pebbles. Lichnos is nice, but unfortunately very crowded in August, which is when I visited Parga. I doubt the quality of the water. I did get a urninal infection during my 2 weeks in Parga, and I fear it was because of to much bacterias in the sea.
Other than that, it was pure bliss.
